DEM Import - Enhanced Logging (T130)

DEM Users not in AMS reports
In the situation that in the DEM Import also the User AMS Reports are used, a listing of User which are included in the DEM file, but which were not present in the AMS files is added.

DEM Users With Out Roles
IN the DEM Event History Logging a listing of Users without any DEM Role assigned is provided.

Add/Import/Scan Authorizations (T146)

To add/import/scan for authorizations, first the Authorization grid needed to be opened, after which the button was available to execute the add/import/scan authorizations process. Especially in the situation that there are a large number of authorizations, it could take some time for the option to become available. Now a menu option in the Enterprise Access Management section is added, through which this process can be started immediately.

DEM Import / Access Scan / Expiration of Employees (T147)

In case the DEM file contains a Expired User, who still has Roles associated and has existing authorizations in EZ-Compliance, the Import Scan cycle would result in this user still having authorizations. This has been adjusted. In the situation a DEM user is expired, this user will no longer result in having any authorizations anymore.

Reach of Authorization Limit (T151)

When the application detects that more authorizations are imported than is allowed by the license, a warning message is presented to the user and included in the Event History Log. This message has been enhanced to now also include the number of unique employees with authorizations.

Client - Environment Name (T152)

The Environment Name is added to the Client Application.

Periodic Access Reviews (T154)

The Periodic Access Review Report (as owner) has been added to the menu structure, in the section Enterprise Access Management.


Thus will allow for example auditors, who have been granted access to the portal, to view the PAR Cycles. In the situation the report is started from this menu option, the Contextual Menu options are more limited compared to using the Home Page Icon, Periodic Access Reviews As Owner. The contextual menu will only allow those options that will facilitate viewing of information.

URL in Access Review Work Instructions (T155)

When a Access Review is conducted, the Reviewer is presented with the work instructions in the portal. In the situation a URL is added to the work instructions, this URL is now clickable.

Access Scan – Resulting Session Authorizations Report (T158)

Current the DEM only took the report ttaad2431m000 - SESSION AUTHORIZATIONS BY USER/SESSION into account. 
Now also report ttaad2432m000 – Resulting Session Authorizations can be taken into account. In the situation this report is used, the resulting DEM authorizations are validated against this report. In the case the User/Session combination is NOT listed in the report, the DEM Authorization is NOT created.
It is also possible to use both reports in the same Access Scan.

Sequence of automatic imports/scans (TICKET 2418)

In the situation that there are multiple imports/scans configured for the same process, these imports/scan are now executed in alphabetical order of the auto config files.

Bug Fixes

openERP Import – Replace Value for Employee Group (TICKET 2413)

In the openERP import (CSV), when the function to replace values was configured for the attribute Employee Group, the replacement was not applied. This has been resolved.

Business Function Export (TICKET 2416)

The Export of Business Functions would always result in an error indicating not having sufficient privileges for the folder where the export is to be placed. This has been corrected.

Event History Logs - Export not possible (TICKET 2427)

When exporting the Event History Logs from the Web Portal report (id=23) an error occurred. This has been resolved and the export is now possible.

PAR Cycle Closure (TICKET 2430)

In the situation PAR Cycle Closure is set to ‘Close and Archive’ and the user uses the option in the Contextual Menu ‘Close Now’, then the application would not close the cycle and set the Close Option back to ‘Warning only’. This has been corrected.

Delete ACR Template (TICKET 2433)

Deleting a just created ACR Template resulted in a incorrect warning message. This issue has been rectified and no warning message is presented upon deleting a just created ACR Template.

DEM Import / Access Scan (TICKET 2440)

Resolved an issue where process-role inheritance could incorrectly generate false-positive authorizations in certain cases.
Role inheritance and exclusions are now applied more consistently to prevent unintended access from being created during imports/updates.
