Self Review Pop-up Message - TICKET 2294

In case of a self review, the reviewer is notified by a pop up message that the reviewer can not review its own records and can get additional information from the Access Review OWner. This message now contains the full name of the PAR Owner

Bug Fixes

Access Change Request;  Completion email reflects incorrect status (TICKET 2287)

In case the Access Change Request Template is configured to send an email notification, upon completion of an Access Change Request Transaction an email notification is net. This notification included the incorrect status of the Access Change Request Transaction. Is has been corrected to reflect the correct status, completed.
