EZ-Compliance msg 183c - The license validation process encountered errors. Contact your System Administrator.

To resolve this warning / error, please execute the following steps:

1) Make sure EZ-Compliance Admin Center is closed.

2) Launch the Registry Editor (Start | Run | regedit | enter).

3) Delete the following Key: \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\EZ-Control\EZ-Compliance\

4) Re-launch EZ-Compliance Admin Center.

5) Once faced with the Registration Screen, please attach a screenshot of the validation screen on this ticket. The validation keys will then be send.
