To facilitate the (auditors) requirements to review the original DEM files which were imported, a new options has been added to the Environment settings in the Misc. Folder.
The option “Dem Import – When renaming the source file after import, add current date and time to filename” is added. This to ensure that the next rename will not overwrite the earlier imported file.
In case this option is not checked, the current functionality continues and there are no changes in behavior. In case this option is checked, upon rename of the DEM file after import to IMPORTED_FILENAME, the data and time are added to the file name, depending on regional settings. The format of the filename after rename could be:
IMPORTED_FILENAME_YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS.extension
In the Resolution Rule Configuration, the attributes Risk Code and Risk Description have been added to be used in the scope definition of the Resolution Rule.
In the situation the Risk Code and/or Risk descriptions are
used in the Resolution Rule Scope definition, the Conflicts in scope are those
that are identified by a SoD Conflict Rule which is linked to the Risk(s) which
meet the criteria in the scope definition.
In the Web Portal, the ability to add an “Additional
Comment” can be added to one or more specific Conflicts. Since the Resolution
Note could be cleared when Resolution Data is cleared from the Conflict, the
field Additional Comment is added so that comments can be added to a conflict
which can be kept.
The import of the Historical User Access has been enhanced.
The following options have been added:
In the situation that the relationships to the Control and/or Risk are created and/or edited, the log of the SoD Conflict Rule did not reflect such change. Now these changes are logged in the log file of the So Conflict Rule
The Conflicting Role data was not created when a Employee level filter was applied during the Conflict Scan. This issue has been resolved.
