ALL web portal grids will show pager (with item count) now (TICKET 2303)

This is applicable to all web portal reports. In the situation the number of lines in the report was less than 50, the page number(s) including count were not shown at the bottom of the page. Now this section is shown, independent of the number of lines in the report.

Bug Fixes

View Authorization vs Access Review report (TICKET 2300)

For PAR of review level Company, the report View Authorizations vs Access Review report resulted in a Unhandled exception error. This issue has been resolved.
