New and/or Adjusted Functionality
In the Historical Authorization Import, the option is added to force a company number for the historical
authorizations imported. Since the company number can be forced in the Granted
Authorizations, also the Historical Authorizations (Used) should have the
ability to force a company number, otherwise the report Granted / Used or Not Used
could not return the expected results.
The column company was increased to 10 characters.
In the situation that a PAR Cycle has started and the review is done for example by the supervisor. In the event that an Employee would be assigned a new supervisor, than such supervisor might not be able to do the Access Review. To address this situation, the option is added to add a supervisor to the PAR Cycle Step.
Adding a Reviewer to an ongoing PAR Cycle Step can be done by the PAR Owner in the web-portal in the dialogue “View Reviewers Information” which can be accessed from the “My Periodical Auth. Reviews: As Owner”.
Also in the Client the Reviewer can be added from the dialogue “View Associated Reviewers”. Clicking the Add Reviewer will bring the Employee list from which one or more Employees can be selected to be added.
Adding a Reviewer is an irreversible action. Added Reviewers will receive an email notification indicating that they are added to an ongoing Par as Reviewer. (Message TNT/TNH035) This email message can be altered via the Custom Texts.
Client - Add Reviewer
Web-Portal – Add Reviewer
In the Client in the Grid “Periodical Employee Authorizations Review Details” the column Account Name was added.
Added a clarification that the number of lines indicated at the bottom of a Web Portal Report are reflecting the number of grid lines, including the lines representing the grouping.
Decreased the minimum width of the columns to 50, so that more columns would show upon initial viewing of the report.
Bug Fixes
The Company Filter in the Preventive Scan was not working correctly. This has been corrected.
Using FYI Notification on Start with Employee Group (Activities) creates the problem and issue has been corrected.
When a filter is added to a PAR review page, by utilizing the “Create Filter” at the left bottom of the screen then the option “select all / deselect all” is disabled, since the select all will also include records which are filtered out, which might cause confusion. Since these are 2 different mechanisms and independent of each other (filter and select all) these cannot be used at the same time.
The Expiration flag on the Property Utility was under certain conditions not properly imported. This has been adjusted to ensure that this flag is properly imported now.
