Ability
to turn off Conflicting Role Report refresh for automated SoD Conflict Scans.
Only available in Automated Mode by adding command "/NCRR" in the
Scheduled Task action.
In the situation the PAR Owner selects one or more records which are all
100% complete, no notification is sent and the PAR Owner will get a warning
message to that extend. In the situation that are selected which are 100%
complete and which are not all complete, the PAR Owner will get a warning
message that some notification can not be send. The selected records which are
not completed will receive a notification
Resolved an issue that the Reviewer would not see the records to review.
