New and/or Adjusted Functionality

Conflict Mitigation Request

The ability to request a conflict mitigation, initiated from the conflict report. This request can be routed for approval and upon approval, will result in a Control, Resolution Rule. This new functionality is explained in a separate document.

Custom Labels

The custom label dialogs, EZ-Compliance Custom Labels, EZ-Publisher Custom Labels and Access Point Custom Labels, in the Client Administration section are now consolidated into one dialog “Custom Labels” with multiple tabs.
  1. EZ-Compliance Custom Labels now tab “Global”
  2. EZ-Publisher Custom Labels now tab “EZ-Publisher”
  3. Access Point Custom Labels now tab “Access Points”
A new tab Business Control Testing/Review is added. This functionality is explained in the Conflict Mitigation Request Document.

Client application – F5

Ability to press F5 is any grid will be trigger a refresh of the grid.

DEM Import

Improved the performance of the DEM Import in the situation no filters are applied in the Import Configuration.

Environment Settings

Added to option to exclude the scanning for Conflicting Roles from the SoD Conflict Scan; to allow for better runtimes and in case this information is not required.

Resolution Scan

Upon applying a Resolution (through a Resolution Scan – both manual as automated) through a Resolution rule and a Control was linked to such Resolution Rule, the linked Controls were only applied to a Conflict if the Conflict Rule identifying the conflict was registered as an Attribute on the Control. Since a Control could mitigate multiple conflicts, even identified through multiple SOD Conflict Rule, this validation is no loner applied.

Bug Fixes

Client – Delete of PAR Cycles (TICKET 2271)

When trying to delete more than one competed PAR Cycle, the cycles were not deleted, nor was the user notified that the deletion did not happen. This has been resolved.

Client – Master Employee Matching (TICKET 2272)

Upon doing a Automated Match of employees to a Master Employee and upon confirming found matches, the process resulted in an error. This has been resolved.

Client - Delete of ACR (TICKET 2273)

When trying to delete an ACR, which was created as a result of a PAR, the delete action would result in an error message. This has been resolved.

Client / Environment Settings - Typo resolved (TICKET 2330)

Adjusted a typo. “separated by semicolumns’ should be “separated by semicolons”

Client – Import AD Groups Authorizations (TICKET 2333)

In the situation there are multiple AD domains and when importing AD Group Authorizations and switching from one AD domain to another AD domain, the import process is not responding anymore. This issue has been resolved.

Report Title “My Conflicts as Company Owner” adjusted (id=164) (TICKET 2353)

Report id=164 “My Conflict as Company Owner” has been renamed to “My Conflict As Company Owner (consolidated)”. There was already a report with the same name (id=128).

Upload of documents with special characters in name (TICKET 2354)

In the situation that documents, which are uploaded to a work item, have a special characters in the document name, these documents would no longer be visible later in the process / work item. The upload of the document now checks if the document name has special characters in it and if that is the situation, such upload is not allowed and the user is instructed to remove the special characters form the document name.

Client – View Executors (A2AR-I277)

In the situation an Activity is configured that ALL Executors are Mandatory to execute, and such activity becomes a work item on a process cycle, the dialog View Executors does not reflect in the “Mandatory Column, that all executors are mandatory. This has been resolved.
